Andrew
A Tarquin page has been created and your view is welcomed.
I should explain that A I'm soon to be 80 and B it was revealed three years ago
that I am autistic. I was unpaid carer to my wife for 17 years the last five years
of which were in the context of dementia. Looking after her AND fighting for the proper support took me over the edge.
------------------------------------------------
When I realised that I'd missed item 5 in the instructions I'd passed the stage when I might have restarted.
There's another book on its way and I'll review the situation on arrival.
I'll fit in with your advice as to how best to present the whole package.
I propose a page for each component.
Once I've reached the usage stage there'll be more pages.
Looking forward to answering the Star Quiz questions.
------------------------------------------------------
My background is social psychology. The only certificate I hold in astronomy is a Scout badge.
No GCE etc in anything never mind physics!
There's a birthday get together in May and a 28 year-old step-grandson will be staying.
He has learning difficulties and I aim to create an interest in star-gazing. He could tell you what Star Wars is about. However, he needs activities
and the plan is for him to "help" me with my project by making Tarquin paper objects and exploring some pages on the children's website I have made.
It's quite difficult to see what one is buying on the Tarquin website. The Paper Engineering book has been
ordered for my use.
I'm looking for items for a 12 year-old. Perhaps you could recommend.
--------------------------------------
Phew! you say. Here's the Star-Globe draft page Tarquin Home page
It's inevitable that Tarquin & Co will want a say in what I put out.
On the other hand, for all I know, you may be MD.
Talk soon I hope.

Alan
Thanks Alan. I haven't seen anything else - I will keep an eye out. I will link to your site from the product once you have posted!AndrewOn Mon, 5 Apr 2021 at 13:29, Alan Harrison <alanfharrison@icloud.com> wrote:Andrewthanks for replypresume no one has posted anythingI have taken many photos and will create a page later today or Tuesday on https://cotswold-astronomyscience.blogspot.com/The main thing I've learnt is not to assemble the four segments completely and then start joining them.Have ordered another book to demo that theory. The moon book sits grinning at me.AlanHi AlanSorry - the book is pretty old now and video on demand was a distant future possibility! So what is in the book is all there is. We may reprint it next year and if we do we will create some video instructions, but that decision has not yet been made.AndrewOn Sat, 3 Apr 2021 at 19:21, Custom 2 <info@tarquingroup.com> wrote:
